Founder Jitender Kaur began her career in the garment industry in 1992 and spent the next twenty years gaining extensive experience in merchandising, product development, manufacturing, quality control, and international business. During these years, she worked closely with factories, suppliers, and international buyers, developing a strong understanding of the apparel supply chain and building long-term industry relationships.[cite: 1]

From 2012 to 2019, Kireet Apparels operated as an apparel export company, supplying quality garments to international customers and working with buyers in overseas markets.
